Art and design

Three options are available to groups of art students:

  • self-directed visits during normal opening hours [booking essential]: students are welcome to use sketchbooks in galleries and to take photographs without flash.
  • sketchbook introductions: self-directed visit with spoken introduction and example sketchbook.
  • taught workshops: either bespoke or chosen from the sessions available below.

Digital cameras and printers can be made available for use in the galleries by arrangement, and there is a large table in the basement gallery which can be used for cutting, pasting, and as a work base for other resources.

Please email learning@hsm.ox.ac.uk with questions or find out more and make a booking online.
